Photoshoot
I always plan for :60 minutes per session, however, new-hire sessions are typically a quick :30 min. at my studio for employees of existing corporate clients to get a headshot that matches the rest of their team.

Headshot Sessions
I direct everyone into poses that are most flattering for their unique physical traits.
Then I say offbeat things to try to prompt genuine reactions. That’s how I capture natural expressions that show everyone’s personality.
IMMEDIATE ON SITE
Image Selection
At the end of each person’s session I will help them narrow it down to their single best image.
This ensures we are able to fix any issues before they leave, and that each person ends up with an image they love.
3-5 DAY TURNAROUND
Professional Retouching
Everyone’s selected images get sent off to my retoucher for some photoshop magic!
Retouching includes color adjustments, skin tone evening, blemish removal, wrinkle & under eye softening, teeth whitening, stray & gray hair removal, clothing adjustments, and glasses glare removal.
1yr. ARCHIVAL
Image Delivery
Images are delivered via a gallery link on Cloudspot.com. You will receive the full retouched image with five versions:
• PRINT files are high-resolution un-cropped version that can be used for print.
• WEB files are un-cropped to keep the top of your head/hair visible should you need or prefer that.
• SOCIAL files are cropped tight and sized for optimal, high quality display on Facebook, Instagram, etc. I recommend using this version in most use cases around the web and social media. The tight crop keeps your face bigger in the frame when seen on social feeds and when viewed on small screens.
• SQUARE files are a square cropped alternative to the above. This file one will look awesome as an instagram feed post and will work great for use as a profile photo on any social or online platform.
• LINKEDIN files are cropped square and sized to meet specs for LinkedIn profile images.
Final images are archived, and available to you for 1 year after the shoot. It is $300/yr to extend image archival.
